The stay was excellent with a spacious room that had a fabulous private balcony overlooking the city. I loved how clean and modern everything felt, especially the breakfast that offered a variety of delicious Italian pastries. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with many restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. My only downside was the noise from nearby bars late at night, which slightly affected my sleep.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for walking to explore the historic center of Palermo with the kids. The spacious room had a beautiful balcony with a view, making our evenings relaxing. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could benefit from a kids' play area.

i had an amazing stay at best western! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center yet peaceful in a small piazza. the staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us by name and making us feel special. our room was huge, with a lovely terrace, and the breakfast was delicious with proper italian pastries and strong coffee.
